These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by MINDMADE or its affiliates through its website, mobile app, tablet, or other platforms (collectively referred to as the “Website”). Please review these terms before making any purchase, as they may change at any time. We strive to comply with international distance selling and e-commerce standards. Orders
By placing an order through our website, you confirm your intention to purchase the selected products at the prices displayed at the time of the order. Prices may change periodically due to promotions or pricing errors. If the corrected price is higher than the one displayed, we will contact you before processing your order. Prices do not include VAT, GST, or similar taxes unless otherwise specified.
Please note that completing a purchase online or receiving a confirmation email does not signify acceptance of your order. An order is only accepted upon delivery and full payment. You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and selecting “Track your order.”
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, such as product unavailability or pricing errors, we will inform you and provide a refund as soon as possible if payment has been made.
Delivery/Collection
We deliver or offer product collection only within the countries where we are authorized to sell. You can choose between delivery to your specified address or collection from one of our stores. For store collection, you will be asked to select a preferred location. Delivery fees and times may vary based on the products, services chosen, and your delivery address.
We will make every effort to meet the estimated delivery or collection date. In the event of delays, we will notify you and provide a revised date. If collecting from a store, you must do so within 7 working days of being notified. Failure to collect within this period may result in order cancellation without notice.
For home delivery, if no one is available to receive the order, the delivery company will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Delivery can be made to a third party (e.g., a concierge or domestic help) if you provide authorization.
Once the products are delivered to your specified address or collected from our store, all risks, including loss or damage, pass to you. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible for product returns or exchanges.
Occasionally, external factors such as material shortages or high demand may delay product delivery. We will keep you informed but are not liable for such delays.
Payment Authorization
When placing an order, you will need to provide certain details, including your name, delivery address (if applicable), payment information, phone number, and email address. By using a credit/debit card, you confirm that it is your card or that you have authorization from the cardholder to use it. All cardholders are subject to verification and approval by the card issuer. If payment is declined, we will not be liable for any delivery delays or cancellations.
Return Policy for Online Orders
For online purchases, the risk of product loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for returns or refunds due to incorrect delivery information. If delays occur, we will notify you but are not liable for any delay-related issues.
General Return Policy
You may return products within three (3) days of receiving them, and a full refund will be provided (excluding delivery fees). This policy does not apply to damaged or defective products, which are subject to a separate policy.
Returns must be completed within three (3) days of receipt. We reserve the right to decline future return requests if returns are excessively repeated. The following items are not eligible for return:
- E-gift cards or balances.
- Items not in their original, unopened packaging.
- Used products or products with missing accessories.
- Products marked as non-returnable.
- Products sold as part of special offers (e.g., buy one, get one free).
- Perishable goods, socks, swimwear, perfumes, beauty products, and customized items.
To return an item, visit one of our stores or submit an online return request via email at [email protected]. Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Attach the original invoice; without it, we cannot process the return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective products or the item does not match its description, you are entitled to a refund. The product must be returned within three (3) days of receipt. Refunds for such items will be processed using the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before receiving it by sending an email to [email protected] within two hours of placing it. If the payment was made using a credit card or Mada card, we will cancel the authorization or initiate the refund process as soon as possible.
Please note that if the order has already been handed over to the shipping company before the cancellation, the shipping fees will be non-refundable and will not be included in the refund process.
E-Gift Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of electronic gift cards once issued.
Gift Messages
We offer the option to include a gift message with your purchase. By using this service, you agree to the following:
- The service is for personal use only.
- The message must not contain offensive, harassing, or illegal content.
- You will not impersonate anyone.
- We do not pre-screen messages but may monitor them to ensure compliance.
- We reserve the right to refuse to send any message or terminate this service at any time.
Promotions
Occasionally, promotions may be offered on our website, subject to specific terms and conditions. Promotions may have time limits and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotions without notice.
