Returns Policy
- General Return Policy
- You may request a refund for any product purchased online within 3 days of receipt. If the entire order is returned, a full refund will be issued, excluding delivery charges.
- Returns must be completed within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Excessive returns may result in the rejection of future requests.
- Return Process
- To return an order for a refund, ensure the following:
- The product is in its original condition, with all packaging intact.
- The original invoice is included with the return.
- Return timeframe may be subject to local regulations. Specific terms apply to promotional offers.
- Return Policy Conditions
- Free items received with your purchase must also be returned.
- Products must be handled with care, remaining unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for damaged or lost items.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for lingerie, swimwear, women’s underwear, socks, hats, perfumes, health and beauty products (e.g., skincare, makeup, cosmetics), or customized products.
- For incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming products, a refund for the purchase price will be issued. Return the product in its original condition as soon as possible.
- Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned or exchanged product, excluding delivery charges.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Allow up to 14 business days for processing by your bank or credit card company. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within two hours of placement by emailing [email protected]. If payment was made using a credit card or Mada card, we will promptly cancel the authorization or initiate the refund process.
- If the order has already been handed over to the shipping company before cancellation, the shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
Replacement Policy
- Replacement Process
- You may request a replacement within 3 days by emailing [email protected]. Our team will contact you within 3 business days to arrange the replacement.
- Alternatively, visit one of our stores to process the return and exchange the product. Replacement is subject to product availability and return policies.

- Shipping is free on orders totaling more than 500 SAR.
- International Orders
- Shipping is free on orders totaling more than 265 USD or the equivalent in the customer’s local currency.

- Shipping fees are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The shipping fee at the time of purchase will apply.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if the order is canceled after being handed over to the shipping company.
