You may request a refund for any product purchased online within 3 days of receipt. If the entire order is returned, a full refund will be issued, excluding delivery charges.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for lingerie, swimwear, women’s underwear, socks, hats, perfumes, health and beauty products (e.g., skincare, makeup, cosmetics), or customized products.
For incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming products, a refund for the purchase price will be issued. Return the product in its original condition as soon as possible.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned or exchanged product, excluding delivery charges.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Allow up to 14 business days for processing by your bank or credit card company. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within two hours of placement by emailing order@mindmade.sa. If payment was made using a credit card or Mada card, we will promptly cancel the authorization or initiate the refund process.
If the order has already been handed over to the shipping company before cancellation, the shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
